| ABOUT YOUR TEACHERS
Edwin Rodriguez
Edwin was born in Mexico City and is an experienced dancer in many disciplines. Edwin is a passionate and humble professional dancer, who specializes in the roots of Salsa.
His other main passion is choreography and teaching people of all abilities and ages to dance. He has studied with the great international Salsa teachers, with Ballet Masters and body movement coaches, honing his skills, expanding his abilities and understanding more every day the intricacies of this varied and powerful dance.
Edwin has been performing nationally and internationally over the last 8 years, winning various competitions along the way in Mexico. Edwin moved to the UK in 2016 and he is currently performing and teaching at Salsa Socials and Congresses. His goal is to expand Salsa throughout the UK, bringing that unique touch of Mexican flavor. Jenny is a passionate dancer, teacher and performer with over 16 years of experience in salsa. With a background in gymnastics, she brings a foundation of body awareness, flexibility, and precision to her dancing.
Jenny Curran
Jenny has dedicated years to developing various aspects of salsa, travelling to congresses and workshops in many different countries.
Her approach to teaching encourages her students to build strong fundamentals that enhance their technique, connection and style. Her goal in teaching is to inspire and empower her students to move with confidence, creativity and most importantly, enjoyment on the dance floor!
Jenny has performed both in the UK and internationally. She has spent the last three years training and performing as part of Edwin's Pro Team, Saoko, refining her skills and developing herself as a performer.
Jenny loves to social dance and you will often find her sweating it out on the dance floor all night! So, whether on the dance floor, in the studio or on the stage, Jenny’s passion for salsa is evident in everything she does!
